Battle of the Turkey Burgers

The other night, Bram and I happened to both be grilling turkey burgers, albeit 1,500+ miles and two time zones apart. You win this round, sir....this round.

  1. Start by just doing what Bittman tells you: "A chicken or turkey burger worth eating: Cook and chop bacon; mix with ground chicken (or
    turkey) and grill."

    Then a little mayo mixed with BBQ sauce, top with iceberg -- which we're putting on just about everything these days.
