"...'Cause We're Moving On Up...."

The Phairs are in the process of buying a new home in Lakewood. We were able to view the new home on Tuesday. These photos do poor justice to the charm of their current home, an early 20th century house, nor the space and potential of the new home. The "good" news is that there are a handful of guest rooms---the Della Ratta's have already laid claim to theirs for their next visit.
