Finally!

No, no cruise photos yet, but rather some dog-in-snow photos, from a recent snow storm. We had about an inch accumulation overnight, a cruel tease for Indiana.

Here are some photos from the Road Trip that fell through the cracks: a Manhattan Project-related plaque near Governor's Plaza in Santa Fe, and a fire warning sign atop Vail Mountain. The Vail photo was taken at the furthest West we travelled during the trip.

Forgot I had this, taken in the Graceland Auto Museum during our August road trip. This is Elvis' John Deere 4010, lovingly restored by a nearby college's agricultural technology class.

Prep Work

As insurance against it ever snowing in any significant way ever again, last summer I bought a snowblower. It was used exactly once: a freak dusting prior to Halloween 2011. Yesterday, I finished cutting our fields for the year and switched out the cutter with the snowblower. So we should have nothing but sunny skies for the next six months....
